Powdered Toast Man is designed for fun although its armored crust has advanced applications in Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl
Powdered Toast Man was originally revealed as a playable character in Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl before Ren & Stimpy. Despite this, details of Powdered Toast Man’s moveset were only recently revealed.
GameMill Entertainment posted a video that explains how Powdered Toast Man works in Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl. Near the beginning of the video, Thaddeus Crews describes the breakfast superhero as a “heavy, strong, silly character.” He also mentions that this is the character you want to play if “you just want to have fun.”
Powdered Toast Man’s “Powdered Toast Man” Self-Referential Light Neutral Antenna is particularly interesting because it has the character facing a random direction when attacking. It sounds like a reference to how Powdered Toast Man often flew… backwards.
Like many other characters, this fighter receives a projectile attack. The special neutral Hyper-Corrosive Croutons can be loaded and stored for later. Although this projectile has a relatively short range, up to 5 shots can be launched at a time.
As mentioned earlier, Powdered Toast Man has a burst (like Fox and Falco in Super Smash Bros. Melee) in the form of his special Armored Crust. with trained execution, players can hit their opponents with this special dash to negate recovery frames and then continue the combo.
